Only what you choose to send us through a form, for example:

• your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address;
• the details of your request, such as travel dates, destinations, number of travellers, study or work preferences;
• for recruitment candidates, your state, sector, experience, passport status and, if you choose, your CV.

We also record which page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.

• to reply to your enquiry and give you quotes, options and advice;
• to arrange the bookings, applications or services you ask for;
• to send you a short confirmation that we received your request.

When you submit a form, your details are emailed to our team (sent through our email provider, Resend) and a copy is kept in a secure backup log (hosted by Supabase) so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails. Access is limited to Pacific Summer staff.

CVs: a CV uploaded on the recruitment page is sent to our team only as an email attachment. It is never stored on this website or in the backup log. We keep CVs only for as long as needed to consider you for suitable opportunities, and delete them on request.

We never sell your information. We share it only when needed to deliver what you asked for, for example with an airline, hotel, embassy or visa centre, educational institution, or (for recruitment, with your agreement) a prospective employer, or when the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp; those services have their own privacy policies.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email pacifictravelsng@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms.
